Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation or a recommendation to buy, sell or invest in anything. Nothing on it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
This site describes technologies we design and build. It does not offer them for sale, for subscription or for use, it does not invite you to acquire anything, and it is not a solicitation of any kind.
Nebula Technology Lab Limited is not authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority and does not provide financial services.

3 · What we claim, and what we do not
This site carries no performance figures, no benchmarks and no financial information. Where we describe technology we are developing, we are describing design intent and work in progress, not results.
Statements about what we intend to build or do are forward looking. They are our honest current view. They are not promises and they may turn out to be wrong.
Do not make a decision that matters to you on the strength of this page alone. If you are considering working with us, ask us for the underlying material and check it yourself. We would rather you did.
To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that anything on this site is complete, accurate or up to date, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
4 · Our intellectual property
The content of this site, including the text, the diagrams, the Nebula Technology Lab, TERNIA, COGENT3, Nebula Portfolio System and ICPP names, and the marks and logos, belongs to Nebula Technology Lab Limited or is used by us with permission.
You may read it, and you may quote short passages with attribution if you are writing about us.
You may not copy, republish or redistribute the substance of this site, or present our work as your own. You may not use it to train, fine tune or evaluate a machine learning model, and you may not scrape it for text or data mining. We expressly reserve our rights against text and data mining and against use for machine learning, under every law that lets us do so.
5 · Anything we send you is confidential
If we send you a technical memo, results, or anything else that is not on this public page, it is confidential and it is unpublished.
Keep it to yourself and the people in your organisation who need to see it. Do not forward it, post it, publish it or feed it into a system that will retain it.
This matters more than the usual boilerplate. Some of what we would share with you is unpublished technical work on which we are still deciding what to protect. Disclosing it can permanently destroy rights that nobody can get back afterwards, including ours and, if we work together, potentially yours.
6 · Links to other places
Where we link to somewhere else, we are pointing at it, not endorsing it, and we do not control what it says.
ternia.bio is the exception. It is also ours, and it carries its own terms and privacy notice, which govern it rather than these.
7 · Availability
We will keep the site up as best we can. We do not guarantee it will always be available, and we may change or remove any of it without telling you.
8 · Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
